  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused.
  • In the original packaging.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved desks or bookcases).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Returns & Exchanges Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following timelines for your refund to be processed:
